观韬香港办公室迎来争议解决专家岑君毅律师及企业并购专家杜珠联律师加盟，担任合伙人。

岑君毅律师

岑律师拥有逾30年争议解决经验，业务涵盖诉讼、仲裁、调解及线上争议解决（ODR），曾任贝克·麦坚时（香港）合伙人、安胜恪道争议解决部主管，并于多家国际律所领导仲裁业务。他曾在香港、中国内地、新加坡、伦敦、巴黎、美国、澳洲及杜拜等地进行的机构仲裁程序中担任代理人及仲裁员。除获香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）、国际体育仲裁法庭（CAS）、中国体育仲裁委员会（CCAS）、深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）、北京国际仲裁院（BIAC）、广州仲裁委员会（GZAC）及上海国际仲裁中心（SHIAC）等多家机构认可为仲裁员及调解员外，他亦担任《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》（CEPA）下的投资者与东道国调解员。此外，岑律师积极参与法律界公职，现任香港律师会理事会理事、一邦国际网上仲调中心（eBRAM）副主席及香港调解资历评审协会（HKMAAL）副主席，并具备香港、英格兰及威尔斯、澳洲及粤港澳大湾区执业资格。

杜珠联律师

杜律师加盟担任企业/商业合伙人，在资本市场、企业融资、并购、投资结构及监管合规领域拥有逾30年专业经验，此前曾任大成（香港）律师事务所及其他领先国际律所合伙人。杜律师曾荣获2023年《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）女性法律大奖“北亚区年度最佳私人执业律师”及2023年 ALB 香港法律大奖“年度最佳女性律师”殊荣。她的业务重点为战略性跨境并购与合资企业、私募股权融资、公开招股（IPO）及商业合规事项。杜律师曾任香港女律师协会会长，现任香港律师会贸易、投资及 RCEP 委员会副主席、海外律师资格考试考官、香港大学、香港中文大学及香港城市大学外检考官，以及香港区块链发展协会董事。她著述甚丰，且常受邀于各大行业论坛发表主讲。杜律师具备香港、英格兰及威尔斯以及澳洲执业资格，已考获粤港澳大湾区律师执业资格，并为华南（香港）国际仲裁院认可仲裁员。

Guantao Hong Kong Office welcomes dispute resolution expert Ronald Sum and corporate M&A expert Julianne Doe as new partners.

Bringing over three decades of dispute resolution experience spanning litigation, arbitration, mediation, and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), Ronald is a former partner at Baker McKenzie Hong Kong, former Head of Dispute Resolution at Addleshaw Goddard, and former arbitration practice leader at several international firms. Ronald has acted as both counsel and arbitrator in administered arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, London, Paris, USA, Australia and Dubai. In addition to being an accredited arbitrator and mediator of various institutions, including Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), China Commission of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Beijing International Arbitration Court (BIAC), Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC), and the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), alongside his role as a CEPA Investor-State Mediator. Active in professional leadership, Ronald serves as a Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and Vice-Chairman of both eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre and HKMAAL, with admissions to practice in Hong Kong, England and Wales, Australia, and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Julianne joins as a distinguished corporate/commercial partner with over 30 years of expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, M&A, investment structures, and regulatory compliance, She was previously a partner at Dentons Hong Kong and other leading international firms. Recognized as Private Practitioner of the Year (North Asia) at the ALB Women in Law Awards 2023 and Woman Lawyer of the Year at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2023, her practice focuses on strategic cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, private equity financing, public offerings, and commercial legal compliance. Julianne is a former President of the Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers, Vice-Chairman of the Law Society’s Trade, Investment and RCEP Committee, Examiner in the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination, external examiner for the University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and City University of Hong Kong, and is a Director of the Association of Blockchain Development in Hong Kong, She is a frequently published author and a sought-after industry speaker. She is admitted  to practise in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and Australia, has passed the PRC Greater Bay Area Law Examination and is an accredited arbitrator of the South China International Arbitration Center (HK).
