Proposed practical and feasible solutions for several unprecedented legal issues in the case, which were later clarified by the Supreme People's Court's "Minutes of the National Court Symposium on Hearing Bond Dispute Cases").

• Represented ＊＊ Bank Hong Kong Branch in its lawsuit against Shenzhen ＊＊ Supply Chain Co., Ltd. regarding a guarantee contract dispute (involving the legal validity of external guarantees provided by a wholly-owned subsidiary of an A-share listed company, issues later clarified by the 2019 "Minutes of the National Court Conference on Civil and Commercial Trial Work" and the "Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on the Application of the Relevant Guarantee System of the Civil Code").

• Represented ＊＊ Holding Co., Ltd. (a Main Board listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) in several joint venture and cooperative real estate development contract disputes.

• Represented Huizhou ＊＊ Hot Spring Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in its land use right transfer contract dispute with Huizhou ＊＊ New Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Huizhou ＊＊  Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Industrial Company.

• Represented multiple series of cases involving disputes over contracts for the sale of second-hand homes in high-end residential areas.

• Represented multiple corporate and equity dispute cases.
