• Provided legal services for Dalian Securities Co., Ltd. and the Fuyou Securities Co., Ltd. during the term of their being stopped business for rectification;

• Advised BOC Investment Management Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of 20 securities houses of the Hainan Hongkong Maco International Trust Investment Co., Ltd.;

• Provided legal services for the Brilliance Automotive Holdings Group Limited’s acquisition of Brilliance China Automotive holdings Ltd.;

• Served as the perennial counsel for China Galaxy Securities Company Limited;

• Provided perennial services for the Greatwall Life Insurance Co., Ltd.;
