Brief

Ms. Hu graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University in 1987. She holds a degree in Polymer Chemical Engineering. She once worked in state-owned enterprises as technical developer and production technology manager, and later participated in the preparation of joint ventures and served as manager. She has been engaged in patent related work since 1995, earned her qualification in 1996 and worked full time at Zhejiang Patent Agency. She has also obtained qualification as attorney, registered asset appraiser and trademark agent. In 2003, she obtained a master's degree in law from Zhejiang University. She was the vice director of Zhejiang Jingtong Patent Agency, specialized in foreign business. She became a certified lawyer in 2004. In 2006, she led the establishment of Hangzhou Tianqin Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. At present, she mainly engages in intellectual property agency business, specialized in patent applications for inventions in the fields of chemical engineering and medicine. She has taken charge of many patent Reexamination, invalidations, administrative litigations and infringement litigation as well as commercial secret criminal offenses assessments, and served as intellectual property legal advisor for several enterprises. In 2013, she was selected as the first batch of high-level professionals in patent agency of All-China Patent Agents Association.

Currently, Ms. Hu serves as a regular intellectual property legal consultant of Zhejiang Runtu Co., Ltd., Tianneng Battery Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang APELOA Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., Hainan Huluwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Betta Co., Ltd. and so on. By the end of 2017, Tianqin Company has processed over 18,000 patent applications, including more than 10,000 invention patent application, which 5,600 have been authorized. According to statistics, in 2014, the company’s total authorized rate of invention patent was 82.15%, ranking first in the top 100 firms in the country.
