Chen Ying graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor's degree in law and took part in work in 1991. In 1994, he obtained the qualification of lawyer and began to practice. He is a member of China Democratic National Construction Association. He has successively obtained the qualification of lawyer engaged in securities legal business and the qualification of arbitrator of technical contract. During his practice, he has been awarded advanced individuals in the judicial administration system at the district and municipal levels for many times. Its business areas involve finance, investment and financing business, and real estate construction business.

Since practicing, Lawyer Chen Ying has handled more than 500 civil, commercial, enterprise bankruptcy and restructuring, company mergers and acquisitions and other litigation and non-litigation cases.
